Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Ally mobile application ("App") or visiting allyguide.app ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") between you and Stellar Ally AB, a company incorporated in Sweden ("Company"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ally. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Service

Ally is a personal guidance application that uses information you provide — including your date and place of birth — to generate a personalised daily message and related content based on principles of Human Design.

3. Accounts

You may sign in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and accounts used to access Ally. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when setting up your account, particularly your birth data, which is central to the service. You may update your birth data at any time in Settings.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Free tier

A free account gives you access to your static personal blueprint. No payment is required for this tier.

Subscription (Daily Messages)

Premium features — including personalised daily messages — require an active subscription. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis and are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Your subscription is billed through your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• To cancel, manage your subscription through your Apple ID Settings or Google Play account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by law or as provided by Apple or Google.

One-time purchases

Certain features — such as compatibility analyses — are available as one-time in-app purchases. These are non-refundable once the content has been generated and delivered, except as required by applicable law or the policies of Apple or Google.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. We will give you reasonable notice of any price change. Your continued subscription after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and trademarks associated with Ally — including the "a" lettermark, the name "Ally," and all generated content — are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of any personal information you submit to the App. By submitting content (such as feedback), you grant us a limited licence to use that content to operate and improve the service.

You may share your daily message — including via the in-app share card feature — for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Use automated tools to access, scrape, or extract data from the App.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicence, or distribute access to the App or its content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content generated by the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stellar Ally AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees paid.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App. The updated Terms will be effective on the date posted. Your continued use of the App after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
